Thanks for the post, Brian. Jeffs, I believe, is vice-president of the company. From your post, I cannot ascertain how many shares he has at the end of June - somewhere between 210,000 and 546,000 shares, I assume. I have heard that total outstanding shares is 11 to 12 million with a float of about 5 million. Do you know if I have heard correctly?
