Looks as though they have increased their revenues well, now they need to control the costs that eat into it and when they do so the company will begin to see their stock rise. that seems to be the hope and thrust of the following statement from them:
" ''Although the Company's strategic acquisition growth over the past year hurt our profitability by increasing interest expense, we have become a significant player in specialized engineering and manufacturing for several global markets,'' said Mr. Wright. ''We are now implementing a consolidation strategy to reduce our long-term debt, improve operating efficiencies, further integrate our manufacturing capabilities and extend our product lines. We are also beginning to more fully leverage the product development and process engineering synergies across our different operations.''

''In the coming year, we intend to expand our direct sales force to increase sales penetration with existing customers and cross-selling between our various operations. We also plan to provide more complete, higher valued- added systems and assemblies that capture a larger share of our customers' total product requirements. In our Interconnect Division, 58% of sales are now comprised of products manufactured to a higher level of assembly. For Boeing, we are now manufacturing components for their family of commercial Aircraft, as well as complex transporter systems used in the manufacture of the Delta IV rocket. We are building a world-class engineering and manufacturing powerhouse, and anticipate continued sales growth and a return to profitability in fiscal 2000.''
