I agree with you on the sue everybody mentality but this is not really what this is about. Most people who have lost money on the Naz due to the corruption will never see that money. We know that. We are trying to prevent future losses.

This also is not about people who use poor judgement, they deserve what they lose. This is about losing money caused directly by obvious manipulation. Not just little games but major manipulation. We're talking about combined investor losses totaling billions of dollars not just little amounts.
