It is a growth company, its just that it will be growing at a much slower rate. Now QWST must stand and be measured against the likes of WCOM. We must all ask ourselves if QWST will have a slower growth rate than WCOM over the next three years, how much should we pay or should we pay at all?

Risk averse investors say hands down the math says go with WCOM.
The MO MO boys and fiber jocks that bid up this company are saying the thrill is gone.
Everyone else in the middle is just plain confused.
