Be careful with this one -

First, the daytraders are all over it.

Second, Bloomberg had people on today saying that the possibility of them getting the FDA to reverse their position was about zero and that without the income from the laser they were out of money and may go under.

Also, it seems this is the second laser deal that the FDA killed on them.
