Wasn't this supposed to become the next great sofware powerhouse, led by SCM? Now they are changing focus already? <<Moving into e-business takes it farther into virgin territory where primary competition is in-house, or customized solutions>> Not sure about that. There are plenty of companies looking to jump into this market. This company looks to be in trouble. They made a highly dilutive acquistion in what appears to be a bid to change their focus. Maybe I'm wrong. But this one is looking like a short. I'll listen to the CC to confirm these views. MIKE
