Byron, I am very excited for you. When can you tell us the name? Can you tell us which firm will bring the company public?
Can I come and visit you in your downtown Seattle office after you go public?

Cheers

Mephisto. First of all, we are very sensitive about building security. Any people who come to our office have to sign a non-disclosure form. I would like to have you visit my office, but it's kind of hard if you don't have business reason to visit me. I searched the SEC web site and I found our filings. So I supposed I could tell you our company name and underwriter. But I would rather refer you to the following link in SEC for our detailed filing information:

After the IPO, we will have another 1 month quiet period where even analysts can't give ratings to our stocks. Any insider trading can't happen in 6 months. My own particular shares won't be fully vested in another 3 years. So I still have a loooooooooong way to go to be rich. Even if the IPO goes well, it will still just be paper wealth for me. Who knows what the market will be like in 6 months, 1 year or 3 years. I will just enjoy my work and TRY real hard not to follow my own paper worth every hour, every day (That's why I hate the fact that they are expanding NASDAQ market hour and create an after hour trading session, I could lose my focus at work following the stock.)

Now, we do need a lot of new people to help us grow our business. If you know someone who has great understanding in internet applications development, knows CGI, perl, java, javascript, asp, and in depth knowledge in TCP/IP technology, let me know.
