DSL - the hidden gem in this whole thing. I think QWST will become a major provider of DSL capacity in the near future. USW has very advanced DSL systems, and could be incorporated in other systems. While cable modem may well be the access of choice, DSL does not require any additional hook-up or cable system. larry
