Jeff, it appears that FNTT, which claims to operate a "due diligence site", either didn't do any reasonable DD on UPCA, or they didn't care how bad it stunk anyway.

One ironical thing is that FNTT often puts things at the bottom of its webpages suggesting that readers look up some stuff on stock fraud.

Guess now we know why. The SEC seems to believe that at least one stock promoted by FNTT is fraudulent.

I wonder if the Superstockpick newsletter will now come out with an article on the SEC investigation of UPCA. :-)
