I can't find a proxy for USIS on Edgar. Funny that all the other SEC filings seem to be there, but no PRE 14A or DEF 14A. neither here: sec.gov nor here: edgar-online.com I would like to see one so that we would know who the officers and directors of USIS are, how much stock they own, and how much they are paid.
