David: I well remember your cautionary remarks during the recent
meteor flight from $.17 to $.38. At the time, I had thought that
the quality and content of the posts at the other thread ensured
that there was a new crop of novice, untutored investors ready to
be fleeced by the market makers and insiders. Indeed, I had
attempted, in my own way, to give voice to these thoughts and
raised a cautionary flag or two at the time.

That being said, I am wondering if you might offer the thumbnail
version of your current assessment with respect to NPEC and,
if you are so inclined, its short and/or long term prospects.
