Yo Dan Subs, as far as I know MTi Holdings Ltd (UK) MTi Trading Systems (UK) Winter Partners (UK) I think MTi Holdings was intended as a buffer between the two trading companies and MTi inc (US) I also understand that staff participation by stock options was part of the initial set up. As for Morris being COO of Shearsons, I dont believe that, I was told he was just an officer of the bank. I can only summise that the big shareholders put him there to find out the truth and then get out one way or the other. You are also right about Ch 7/8/11, in the U, and Aministration and liquidation in the UK. colin
