We might best keep our eye on a third technology...the Alkaline based fuel cell developed in the Russian Space program and now in use for domestic purposes for a few years by Zevco in taxis and in converting Iceland to an hydrogen energy based economy...also in the equation may be the sun as the ultimate source of energy....with Hydrogen as the storage medium..food for thought?
