Sid, anyone can call DCHT at 661-775-8120, ext. 11 and they will be told that as of March 30, 1999 DCHT had 12,500,000 shares outstanding, and approximately 4,000,000 in the float.

That would calculate out at a $8.6 million market cap.

Assuming those numbers are correct, are you still saying that DCHT would not be grossly undervalued as compared to its industry?
