Barry, First....that was an EXCELLENT post!

Secondly, I think EVERYONE is missing the point of what
happened. There were no bribes to the FDA panel, I'm sure.

In a nutshell, Auric (who is NOT the bad guy as many here
think) Warned the thread about the "Political" impossibility
of passage after the WSJ article:

It is, imho, naive to think that science alone would carry
the day. The panel members were IMO, covering their butts or
possibly sending a message they will not allow the CLINICAL
INVESTIGATOR'S to own such huge amounts of stock, legal
or not. From what I have heard, they were looking for any
excuse not to pass. Also, it is much more politically
expedient to vote as a block without any dissent (when
seven shooters execute someone, and theres only one bullet,
no one gets blamed for the kill).

As I have PM many of you, I think the BEST solution is:
