Yes but... the SEC and NASD is still making companies jump through hoops compliant or not. Look at AIGI they were completely compliant (as best as I could tell) and still got busted back to the pink sheets.

Point being is if we have to do jump through hoops anyhow, maybe the numbers are now there so we can move on to better trading situation.
Never the less we are remaining compliant and worst case scenario we remain on the OTC... since CVIA isnt selling stock into the open market, the price and listing situation is more for the benefit of the current investors to help with liquidity and keep the price moving for the investors sake... and to keep our market cap moving along.

One thing I think everyone is over looking is, I believe the OTC BB will become more like the NASDAQ Small cap exchange and become somewhat more respectable... while the pink sheets turn in to the wild west of the trading boards.
