dont own any edig but it just made front page of san diego union business section saturday edition. I wish i could paste the article but the headline goes like this: Tiny,inventive e.Digital gets boost from big partners. It is on the top front page of the san diego union-tribune saturday magazine and it continued on page 3. Front page has no pictures but page 3 has a picture that shows the edig recording device with fred falk and robert putnam. under the picture it reads like this:Innovation:fred falk and robert putnam of e.digital with the company's digital recorder for medical professionals.. The article starts off talking about how giant chipmaker intel is paying the Lilliputian Poway company for research and development costs aimed at making new speech to text,text to speech gizmos. They then go on to talk about skip mathews former development manager for intel's memory companents division,coy hinted at the projects capabilities. "What if you had a device that could read the wall street journal to you while your in your car?" It goes on to say that mathews must have liked what he's seen at e.digital. He announced his retirement from intel effective august 1st to become a member of the poway company's board . The artle then talks aboute.digital's 2 year relationship with Lanier,IBM,and lucent. It goes on to talk about how edigital struggled initially when revenues fell in 1999 but now have something they didnt have back then "creddibility. It then ends with a quote from elwood "woody" norris "One of the things we don't do around here," norris says "Is give up" Again im not an investor but i was surprised to see the article on the front page of the san diego union-tribune saturday business section. The article it too long for me to type but i gave you parts of it. Very positive review by mitch Drummond ,staff writer for the san diego union-tribune.
