Suite 101.com, Inc. announces its application to list its common stock on Nasdaq Smallcap Market has been closed

VANCOUVER, July 23 /CNW-PRN/ - Suite101.com, Inc. (OTC BB: BOWG) announced today that it has been advised by Nasdaq-Amex that because of the failure of the Company's common stock to consistently trade above the Nasdaq minimum entry requirement since early June 1999, the Company's application to list its common stock on the Nasdaq Smallcap Market has been closed. Nasdaq rules require a minimum bid price of $4.00 per share. The Company intends to reapply subject to demonstrated compliance with all Nasdaq inclusion criteria.
