Future valuation of GNET comments:

We all know that Russell Horowitz has stated that he thinks Wall Street is underestimating GNET's value.. so I went around looking to see what the appropriate valuation for the company would be... Then I came across this interesting little quote from Russell himself which might shed a light as to the valuation he sees GNET going to in the future...

from CNNFN... 7/1/99

"The thing that we look at are what the valuations
in the first tier companies in the industry. We see
a range of 20 to a hundred billion dollars. Our
goal has been to compete for a first tier position.
In the grand scheme of our execution of the
various steps that it will will take us to be
recognize to that position both in terms of the
market and with our value. Each time we execute
those step, it gives us a betters than to be
recognized and to the extent that you're looking
at valuations that are many multiples of the
current recognition of our stock price. We think it
offers tremendous upside as we execute on those
steps."

Hmm... 20 to 100 Billion eh? Currently GNET is at 1.83Billion (according to Yahoo). I would definitely say that there is a great upside to GNET and I'm confident that they can achieve this goal... just like how they were able to get GNET to be a top 10 web property...

Truly great things are ahead for this company... and I'm glad I am along for the ride... :-)
