The Fall is actually the time that Techs tend to lead. Unfortunately, Interest Rate fears always crush the Stock Market, but the Techs generally do lead the way out. I'm tempted to think there is an up-move coming, but generally speaking when the market is weak on Friday afternoon then Monday ain't no picnic, at least early on. Perhaps after a weak Open, I would like to think so anyway.
