"Nice speculation but how do you explain Xinhua giving Dell the order,you do know Xinhua is a government agency don't you?" Yeah, I know. I admit I don't understand all the dynamics. But according to the article, Dell intends to develop it direct business model which in USA and Europe had put a hit on store front box sellers. If Dell is successful with it's business plan for China then Legend is gonna take a big hit. Maybe the govt will make it up through excise/franchise/sales taxes of some sort (again, unfamiliar with how "business is done" in China) levied against Dell and others. Don't know. Just wondering.
