Ah, another GUMM know it all speaks his wisdom again. Let's take a look at some of your past comments on GUMM:
exchange2000.com
<I agree that neither ENML nor GUMM had much of a choice of financing sources...>
Wrong. GumTech management turned down several "death spiral" financing deals before settling on Citadel because the others weren't in the best interests of shareholders. You don't have to take my word on this; call the company and ask them.
<I have not done pro forma P&L's on GUMM, but my topline belief is that the statement that they can pay off the convertibles in cash is just a smokescreen by the management, as I don't think they'll generate enough cash to meet the fairly onerous cash payment terms.>
If you haven't done pro forma statements, then your topline belief has about as much credence as other off-the-cuff statements that short sellers toss around here. It really makes no difference if they pay the loan off with cash or stock anyway. The company will use the most beneficial means available at the time.
<Basically, that allows them to sell the product and make claims without having much proof that the product actually works.>
Hey, you are correct for once. The only thing is your inference is wrong. Despite not having an obligation to provide proof that Zicam works, they already concluded a double-blind placebo-controlled clinical study that shows Zicam reduces the duration of cold symptoms to an average of 1.5 days and they are in the process of conducting three more studies.
<You sure are hellbent on finding new ways to lose money!>
Gee, I think everyone should close their eyes to the things that have been written here about GUMM and take your opinion which is based on hmmm, what is your opinion based on? I seem to have missed that part.
My thanks go out to those of you who provided worthless arguments and lies about GumTech on this thread. It gave some of us who are knowledgeable about the company an opportunity to provide facts and well substantiated opinions to open minded investors and traders. I'm sure that Mr. Yoest isn't the only person who reads this thread that decided GUMM is a good investment. An investment in GUMM is risky, but the potential returns make it well worthwhile. Most any sane, rational, and objective person who read the dialogue on GUMM here would have come to the same conclusion as Mr. Yoest.
Good day to all,
