In my Siebel write-up, I forgot to report one bit of information I heard on the conference call. Though we've been hearing Tom Siebel rave about Eurpope's interest in front office software, we really got some compelling news this week -- that revenue derived from Europe more than doubled in Q2 (year over year) and increased from 30% of total revenue to 35%.

Using the telephone to hear the conference call was a disaster. It was difficult to hear most of it and it ended during the CFO's report, before analysts asked any questions. I just might have to take up Cha 2's recommendation that I download Real Audio to see if that's any better.
