This company is a piece of shito. IMHO, they have growing pains that are making the worth of the company decline. Unfortunately they don't have enough brains to manage all the little ISP's they keep acquiring. In the last two months, they have completely erased my business twice. This is unacceptable. What is even worse, they don't even care. There is no winning on the service end. Evidently, customers are not important enough to have technical service on the weekend. The morons see fit to have sales people taking your freaking money, but there is no technical support for existing customers. That shows they are only into acquiring new revenue, and not into supporting existing customers. I don't own this stock and I never would. I am a pissed off customer that was really calm when they erased my business the first time, even though it was a human error. Now, for this second time, there is no excuse for any incompetence.
