They can't even satisfy the requirements to trade on the BB, and an officer thinks they will trade on the nasdaq? Heck, aside from all the issues raised by the SEC, nobody even knows if they are a legitimate corporate entity. There's no way that the nasdaq would let them slip on board. Now maybe they could trade on AMEX for a few days before the AMEX boys figured it out; if NCDR is looking for some pathological dimwits, that's the place to look. re. <<things are going great at NCT. The consolidations are about complete>> what does that mean? I mean, aside from selling a few dollars of software to a smallish video surveillance outfit in Canada, what is it that they do, that they can consolidate? Their stock promotion schemes? Do they have any left? Did they find somebody to replace the touts that just dumped them?
