I'm in a bit of a skirmish with JFAX - which ipo'd last week & now has a market cap that's obscene:

For the latest quarter on Edgar, 3/31/99:

JFAX had $1.4 mill in revenues vs. a net loss of $2.8 mill

PTEK - which is writing off huge amount of Goodwill from purchasing another company - Revenus of $112 mill vs. net loss of $25 mill - but with a write off of $40.3 mill of amortization & depreciation - this loss is more than understandable
