I believe some doomers and media are going to have some people so paranoid, that if there is a power outage in Jan. 2000, they will think the power outage was from a Y too Kay glitch, when in fact it could be from anything from a winter storm, ice built up on insulators, or a car hitting a power poll, etc...etc...>

When push comes to shove, does it really matter WHY the power's out? If the power's out. It's out. Who really cares why?
