I think you have pin-pointed what is going to be the basis flaw with this stock -- everyone's expectations are too high. If the trials show anything less than overnight cure, this stock will plunge, because everyone is thinking over-night cure. Even "very good" or "promising" results will cause it to tank, because of the excess in expectations. I say this even tho I'm long the stock, and reasonably well informed on the science. Its too bad, but this is what happens when a stock gets taken over by zealots (i.e., see the Yahoo thread) Even if phase I shows "good" results, with promise a couple or few years down the line, the disappointment over the lack of a home run will be deadly for the price.
