Sure, I'm trying to understand why AOL is so slow getting their DSL product (AOL via DSL, AOL Plus) to subscribers. I've been asked by Bell Atlantic to use their DSL ISP and when I ask about the arrangement with AOL they know nothing about it. If these companies begin building their own DSL subscriber base including AOL subscribers who aren't going to wait for AOL, we'll be loosing subs to the very RBOCS AOL made these deals with.

Maybe I'm not seeing something or maybe a little impatient, but the AOL team seems to be a little slow to react and implement. An example is England, there should of been Free Netscape in enough time so we would have beat the street in subscriber growth too.

Does that clear things up? I'm sorry Vendit if I can't get you to see what I mean. I have a hard time articulating my thoughts when I can't use my hands.

Regards,

Aljorma
