Greetings all! I see again the AXC Management is up to the old "standard tricks." IE Major announcement is to be made (regarding the lawsuit) and IR is on another vacation. I can only hope that any news developments from the lawsuit are more postive than the last news release/vacation time fiasco! I for one am amazed that this is being allowed to happen. Does anyone else feel similar. Doesn't AXC have at least one other person to answer IR questions? Good grielf, I hope, for our sake, the Karen is never taken ill....or else we stockholders will never have any news!!!

As for the current status of AXC value...no new chart news that I see worth reporting...just follow the NASDAQ and that will pretty much tell us what AXC has done for the day. As I expressed several weeks ago, the only thing that will move this stock is news, and you can now count that out for the rest of this week. Even if the court case is announced this week in AXC's favor, with no company hype to support the desicion...nothing will come of it. Thus, a possible slow downdrift will probably occur, as we await for NEWS to occur. Perhaps a buying time! I still suspect some manipualtion by Bramson etal. This is toooo coincidental for me!

Thats it for now. Best of luck folks,

$Bill
