Couldn't trade?!?! That's Nothing!!! After not being able to get a confirm and totally giving up, it took far more than 2 weeks to get my money out of their hands!!! I had to personally go to their offices in downtown Manhattan (and they weren't too easy to find even with the address in hand. And even then I had to make a couple of more trips over the next few days before I was finally able to get my money! Totally and completely unbelievable. What do people on the other side of the country do?
