Hi Ed, Didn't they merge with Wendy's a few years back. I actually think Ron Joyce owns more Wendy's shares than Dave Thomas because of that deal. Actually I spend a bundle at both and I can go through long periods when I live on Wendy's. It would be nice if they came up with a customer stock option plan for people like us. <g> Andy
