Chaz, I think Q! owns 8% of Globalstar but not certain. Not much difference from 6%, but just to keep it right. There are another 4 satellites going up in a few hours [I hope] which will give them a minimal but workable constellation of 32 once they are positioned correctly in orbit. <G has an exclusive contract for that as I recall...*> Your recall is correct.
