Five insiders sold 250,000 shares during February at an average price of 18. This according to InsiderTrader site. This is bad news for S3. That means the earnings report for this quarter will be accompnaied by a warning or conference call about margins being under pressure in coming quarters. And that will send the stock to the $8 level pronto. These insiders know that the stock price will never attain $20 again. Otherwise, they would have kept their shares until after earnings reported in April. It's going to get ugly...
