Hi Mike,
I, as I guess you have by now, received the last quarter report from
swanalia tonight. In it they mention that there are major funds from North America, Europe and elsewhere now holding shares of our swanny. Possibly, this is either a condition of some of these funds getting involved, or another step in becomming an honest, credible
company. We all beleived that one of the reasons for the consolidation was to attract fund managers. I know quite a bit more about how the v.s.e. operates than I care to know-and I've seen it in action.
Who knows what kind of a reputation it has across oceans.

Getting back to the report, I'm a little confused at the wording when they're talking about the financing. It appears they are still 5 million short on their 30 million target and are expecting to make it up in FURTHER share issuances and warrant exercises. Bottom line when the smoke clears....49.3 million shares outstanding.
I came in at about 74 million. I'm start'n to wonder if that's when I'll be leaving.
Depressed, but still here,
Andrew
