Jeff, do you really "think Fred is a Brilliant Tinkerer"?

If you do, the definition of Tinkerer must be:A CEO who can drive the stock of his company down 200% in 2 years.

When I bought this P.O.S. I paid well over a dollar. Now, under what you call Fred's "Brilliant Tinkerering," the stock is all but worthless. "Brilliant" indeed.

Why do you fans have the belief that you can see a stock that will go from 5 cents to 5 dollars, but the pros cannot?

There is not a single positive fact that has come to light in over a year. All we hear is one silly story after another.

For months you fans have been singing the same song, and you probably sucked in many innocent buyers to pick up this junk. While it is true that the newer buyers would have bought at a low price that could not go much lower, it still seems unfair to be spreading hearsay rumors of positive news that just never turns out to be real.

As a holder of a large block of stock, if I thought there was a prayer to even out my loss, I would not write at all. But I am convinced that Fred got his, and NUOA will never get its due ---and therefore I have a duty to not let hype on SI about NUOA go unchallenged.

Anyone who buys after reading this, is at least on notice of one NUOA old timer's view point.
