Jr. That is why a good underwriter is SO important! Lehman protects their babys. When you IPO into a weak market you need that kind of support. if a stock goes to far below it's offer price it can lose a lot of potential coverage.
JWEB is a good example of a stock that came out into a bad market, and languished for a month or so, before "finding" it proper value.
