After reading the RB AZNT thread, it is obvious that even after spoon feeding factual documented information, the boys refuse to properly acknowledge because of malicious intent what happened here. Credit for information has been taken for information I provided, and the "important investigation" continues...<s>
I provided the SEC with considerable documentation and have an additional mailing to do.
Personal attacks continue against some who posted here even after the parties were advised to stop. Malicious intent continues.
Pugs besides many of his stupid posts about others also posts categorically that had the group of shareholders decided to group together in the lawsuit, that they now would have no recourse. That is absolutely false. Obviously he wishes to continue to mislead by making definitive statements as he did here for so long with his "close" information...
People should stop using these threads to make false or misleading assumptions. The latest one for example is that Janice Shell faxed death threats and signed the faxes. To even give that such immediate credibility is wrong. The purpose of course is to hurt a poster, much as was done here repeatedly by too many.
The AZNT thread on RB is an example of a thread which has gone bad.
It is lead by experienced posters of RMIL who know better...
These posts should stop and the focus should be on fundamentals instead of the basis that "I don't care if they sell cat___" and illegal assertions regarding posters.
The SEC is very very good and will make it very clear what transpired.
They have more information than some can imagine provided by many parties. Watch for enforcement action. Should charges not be brought forward against posters after a campaign of misinformation it will not be a mistake after all this time. Pay attention, then we will ask more questions.<s>
No proof has ever been offered regarding their false and malicious statements regarding criminal activity by myself and others. Instead they chose to mislead you by posting the FBI wants info on me. <ggg> That approach is used so that you would assume that is the case. They chose to say I am associated with the mob and a criminal.
How very wrong. This needs to be properly cleared up...

thats not what I said, I said "we wait for the results of the SEC & FBI investigations". I have no idea how far the corruption extended , but I am confident the investigations will tell us that.
As far as my testimony in the AZNT federal case, I thought I did a pretty good job! LOL ! Called on again, I'll do what I can for the cause. You'll get your chance in the defamation case, then we'll see, won't we?
