Re-your post about the answer from the Make Vision Sharper journal, article dated August 1999, you mention, "To understand the plus as well as the bad of 10% complicate rate...." , I infer that you mean there are 10% bad results from laser correction according to the article (that I don't wish to pay $4 to receive).
Am I correct? (10% uncorrectable complications?)
I'm sure that the skill of the surgeon or technician has a large part to do with the results as mentiioned. That is why the price of the treatment would be important to me who would be scared off by cutrate operations performed by new or very young practitioners. The make of the machine also must be relevant.
