Problem here as I see it is that anybody who might be interested in the company would get just a shell. Pauline would up and leave as would all her engineering staff in the US. They are not a bunch to be trusted. The engineers in Taiwan, NuCom, would also just fade into the woodwork and take all their technology with them. Not that it's theirs to take, but their ethics leave a lot to be desired. (Ask their last employer) It just hasn't been the same company since Syskonnect kicked their butts in FDDI and they lost their Networth contract. As for fast ethernet, they tried to sell to ASNT, BAY and COMS but got 86'd. So their last grasp is with a macintosh networking company FRLN. And all that is a joint product. Pauline - GO HOME!
