Ramsey,

gsm1.com.cn (In Chinese)

From the site I searched, CDMA network is currently running well in Beijing, China. It is one of the 4 CDMA systems supposed to be testing in China. Phones are provided by MOT, Samsung, Maxon, and Q. I do not believe Q has a meaningful handsets available over there. I suspect MOT and Samsung have the leads.

Beijing;s CDMA system is installed by MOT with 31 base stations and the capacity of 43,000 users.

I also believe Beijing Telecom. Great Wall Mobil Communication Inc. (Which is the CDMA system operator) could be under the wing of China Unicom after the reshuffle.

Best,

Brian H.
