Terrence, I suspect flying to Rio and then taking the Concorde to London or Paris might add a buck or two to the already outrageous cost of the root canal. If these sort of expenses are trivial to you, I think becoming your travel agent might be a good career move for me.

My experience is that when you need a root canal right now, you need it RIGHT NOW! Enjoy your flights, esp. the pressure changes on takeoff and landing. This is not a pleasant subject. Sorry I mentioned it.
