I hold both QWST and USW, more QWST though. I currently have a paper loss of $800 on QWST. Given your thesis would it make sense to sell QWST take the loss (45% bracket) and replace it with more USW? I do believe these two will both rise substantially but if USW is the same as QWST and at a small discount doesn't this make sense? Small stuff I know but worth 3-4 dinners.
