Hyperbole can create a lean portfolio.. re STRU investing, its not without considerable risk. "What would you think a technology is worth that can reduce the fat and health of pigs to near manufactured perfectness while the rest of the world's pig market is being shut down as thousands of farms cannot get their pig's fat content under 20%" Nature can't stand "perfectness." The more we push plant and animal genetics to a desired result, the more vulnerable they become to catastropic failure. Incest, inbreeding, breeding out.. all weaken the plurality of genetic variation which is the best assurance that some crop or individuals of a species will survive a new disease or predator.
