MSFT is headed higher long term. No doubt. Msft is also
headed lower short-term it appears. Within the next 60
days we could see a bottom for this Q of about 75 - 85.

Currently I don't think it is in trading range (as some
of you say it is).

It is heading down. Because
(a) Heavy selling by insiders (Gates, Allen)
(b) Short selling by short sellers
(c) Day traders using the downward tech. charts
(d) No buyers right now. There is no new +ve news for a buy
(In fact big$ is worried about market correction on
inflation and rate hike fears and also worried about
ahort term drops from DOJ results)

Having sold half of my stake at 93.5; I feel OK about loosing
the value on other half.

I feel strongly that I should not get back in until I see a
sustained upward trend, which I am afraid won't be for a while
and may be after it flattens out in high 70s to low 80s.
