Tom,

Did you see my post on the AMZN thread regarding the email from Drugstore.com that they are not able to use my Highmark Bluecross Blueshield Insurance? I need some education here. Rite Aid can. Why cannot Drugstore.com? I clearly do not have a good understanding here.

Any explanation would be appreciated.
