Chaz, I'm not sure what you mean by "slowness in filling the Loral satellites." My impression has been that Skynet's utilization rate and competitiveness has been quite good...the problem has been getting the s/c delivered and launched more than marketing them once in orbit. OTH, agree w/ you that Loral is not a mass marketeer and unlikely to be good at that if it tried. On G* they don't try, they rely on others. Probably, on a region by region case, some will disappoint, others will exceed our expectations. One hopes there will be some learning going on, so the poor performing sp's learn what works from the better ones.
