Not picky picky picky a good question that probably answers a few things for some people.

LPTI doesn't have an RS at all. For some reason it hasn't performed enough to generate an RS chart. My guess here is the stock has been primarily sideways to the market, not out performing or under performing.

Many times you will see a chart that has RS Sell, column = 's. If you could see the RS chart you would see neither O's or X's, there would be nothing on the chart. The RS Sell, column = 's is a default setting.

When an RS doesn't have anything on it, the database takes it as an RS in X's. Maybe it is a benefit of the doubt database, kind of like a glass have full programming.

LPTI fits into this obscure little area so that is why it has the shakeout pattern identified. The database with no RS column to actually count, is assuming X's and therefore the shakeout pattern is possible.

I didn't get my 200 and in fact they now owe me 300 because this stupid, lying, evil $1 slot machine tackled me, practically knocking me off my scooter, demanding that I come play; promising me riches the whole entire time only to thwart my every attempt. I'm suing. I think I can claim some sort of grievance and cruelty towards disabled peoples in scooters.
