Peter, I have mailed Terayon to verify if the modem itself has VxWorks. I have no idea what royalty WIND gets. $1-$2 per modem ? Regards JC. PS. I think the Liberate IPO is on this week. There website gives a good demo of the enhanced TV set-top product (Runs on VxWorks). products.liberate.com
