Chaz, Obviously anyone wanting to bet would have to purchase virtual chips from the virtual casino via credit card prior to playing. Just like any ordinary casino, you can only play if you purchase chips. Most real casinos today are full of dead beat gamblers but they make money from them anyway. Why would MSFT get involved in this if it were not a potential software market to exploit? I will try to find the press release with regards to MSFT and I-gambling.
